Solana smiles

Solana has been smiling all the time, but I could never capture it on camera. Finally after I had finished feeding her, I set her down and she was making all these facial expressions, so I grabbed my phone and caught this sweet smile. I love it!!

One month old!

GG comes to town

We were so happy to have my mom out here for 8 whole days! I wish she lived here. We had so much fun and she was the biggest help to Adam and I. She even watched Solana one night so that we could go out on a date, which she was so excited for. We ran around a lot, and she taught me a ton about taking care of babies. We even did a fun photo shoot, but we just couldn't get her to smile. Photo's below.

I miss her and can't wait for her to come back soon.

Blessing day

On June 6th Adam blessed Solana in our home. It was a beautiful blessing and we were happy to have family and friends over for this special day. She was so good during her blessing, she was awake and just listening so intently. But after the blessing it was a whole different story, she was so fussy and tired, so it ended up being a rough day. We were still so happy we had the chance to do it while my mom was in town. It was a very emotional day for me, I felt like the luckiest women alive.
