Utah Vacay

I just got back from a short trip to Utah. Most of you know that Adam and I were very excited to leave Utah, but now that we live in Texas, it makes visiting a whole lot better. It was great to see family and friends and I miss all of them already.
My brother Logan and his wife Carol are expecting their first baby next month, a sweet little girl named Alec Baily. My sisters threw her an incredible baby shower at Noah's. I had the chance to catch up with friends and introduce Solana to a lot of my family who hadn't met her. And of course I loved staying with my mom—we always have a blast together.

Mmmmm.....

Baby Alec is due next month, and Carol looks amazing!
GiGi and Solana
Brittany is soooo adorable with Solana, she is the best mom. I am crossing my fingers for her to have another one.
The cousins
GiGi and Addie
Alec received the most adorable gifts, she is going to be the best dressed for sure.

Brooke and sister in-law Alina just waiting for our table. Beautiful!

Younger brothers Braden and Hunter, they are always fun to hang with. And thanks Braden for finally letting me get a picture of you.

This picture just makes me laugh. Logan holding Solana was so fun. Soon he will have his own baby girl to play with.

Britt, Addie, and Fred getting some gelato. I'm kind of a gelato snob, and I love our DaVinci gelato here in SA, but the San Gelato cafe out in Daybreak was my top pick.

The best part about this picture, besides Ingrid and Danielle, is the women behind them. She was on a blind date and it was so awkward, we had to capture the moment.

Going to lunch with the girls was so much fun, they make me miss Utah and I can't wait to see them again.

Even though we had a blast,
we are happy to be home and back on a schedule.

Girl's weekend

My sisters flew in last weekend to meet Solana and to help me out. Brittany and Addie flew in from San Diego and Brooke flew in from Salt Lake. We shopped, we went swimming, and most importantly they helped take care of Solana. I miss them already and wish we all lived by each other.

Last day together till next month!

An independent birthday

Yes, the year has come....the last year in my 20's! Age is a funny thing to me, it actually means nothing to me. I never really thought that you were suppose to have anything accomplished by a certain age, so I am happy to say that I have everything I could ever want at 29. I am excited to see what this next year brings. My birthday was a blast!!

Adam made my favorite chocolate chip pie!!
Just hanging out with my firecracker.

All ready to head out and watch the fireworks
This girl makes my day...everyday! I can't believe she is 6 weeks
