The Joys of July

July was awesome! We had Farrah's baby blessing and took off for our big family family vacation to Puerto Rico.  But the rest of the time we just tried to stay cool at the pool and have long days of playing inside. It was fun and easy. Oh and Adam was home with us because he was studying of the bar exam...again.

She has been trying to suck her thumb lately, we are hoping its a phase.

Blessing Farrah

On July 10th, we blessed sweet little Farrah Virginia. It was a beautiful (and really hot) day to bless her and she was perfect the whole day.  Adam's family blessed us by coming out to be a part of her special day. We had a great weekend hanging out and having the kids soak up family time.

4th of July fun, and another birthday!

First times are always an experience. As much as we wanted to get away for 4th of July weekend, we thought it would be best to stick around and see how we like celebrating this great holiday locally.  Plus it was Farrah's first holiday so we wanted to keep it easy. So we had a fun family day. It started with a great breakfast, followed by the pool, a massage, games at home, and then fireworks! The day went way too fast, but I enjoyed celebrating my birthday and this crazy fun holiday!
