Moving Down South

We did it!! We moved back to Texas. But this time to a new city, and with more kids. Solana was born in San Antonio and we lived there for a year until we moved to Virginia for school.
It feels great to be back. We have missed great Mexican food, and being surrounded my the nicest people ever. I prefer the warm weather here, but Adam would rather live in the cold, so he is a little sad to be hanging up his parka. But having come from a tiny, expensive apartment, we both LOVE the cost of living and all the open space we have here.  Ether way, we are embracing the change and loving our new, slower life.

Traveling in comfort...  No matter where they are sitting, the kids enjoy first-class service.

Getting the keys to our new townhouse.

Great shot Solana!  Basking in our new kitchen that has room for more than one person at the same time.

We are pretty excited for our favorite grocery stores again. TJ's and HEB we love you!

The truck arriving might have been a very anticipated moment :)  After living out of a hotel for a week, hoping the moving truck would arrive, Adam started work on Monday morning just as the moving truck was pulling up.  So he missed all of the moving-in action.

First day of kindergarten....again.  We love her school!

Scootin' down to the bus stop.

She rode the school bus for the first time, even though the drive from our house is maybe 3 minutes long.  But she felt like such a big girl.

Enjoying the pleasant January Texas weather.  Thrilled to be here!
